In February 2020 we were hearing issues with costs relating to the cladding scandal, waking watch costs escalating up to £60,000 per month, by October 2020 we were in full swing looking at solutions to the counter this. Wireless perimeter fire protection was the key solution to this costly issue, supporting landlords, tenants and property management companies, this in mind we designed a L5 bespoke wireless fire alarm system which was approved by the local authorities and fire service to counter the costly wake and watch program.

Castlegate Manchester was brought to us by one of our clients, with a short turnaround time of 3 weeks to complete the project start to finish we were certainly up against the clock, somewhat impossible. With this in mind, we delivered the project on budget, to schedule and to a high standard of works. Credit goes to our site engineers Paul & Kyle, Megan the scheme property manager, and also the tenants who were extremely co-operative, the program from start to finish was executed to a tee, and was a painless exercise for all parties.
