• Responding to on-demand service calls on all types of fire alarm systems and other disciplines.
• Delivering a first-class customer service
• We want our Engineers to consistently develop and up-skill their expertise, knowledge, and capabilities, that is why we offer on-going training with opportunities to upskill, and train in other disciplines.

• Experience of front-line customer service
• You have to be flexible to travel
• Fire Alarm experience is mandatory
• Other disciplines training provided if required
• A full UK Driving Licence – mandatory.

• Salary will be assessed on skillset
• Vehicle provided small van or estate car
• Over time rates (over 40 hours) 1.3 times
• Night rate (after 8pm) – 1.5 times
